How to refresh your license after activation  (April, 2009)

Question: Why is my RET Classic still running in demo mode after my license has been activated?

Answer: Follow these step by step instructions:-

  • Open the RET Trader software (if not already open)

  • Click on 'Tools' on the top menu, select 'Refresh License'. Finally click on the 'Refresh' button.

  • Ensure that you are connected to the Internet. Click on the 'Yes' button.

  • If you receive an error message, then click on the OK button and start again.

  • A window titled 'Success' should appear. Click on the 'OK' button.

  • Please ensure you are running the latest version of the software. To do so, you must click on TOOLS >> CHECK FOR SOFTWARE UPDATES. Your RET Trader license should now be enabled.
